Serge
Serge is the boss. What more can you say about that? He devised Debiteuren365.nl and monitors the quality of the software and everything we do. We are always given the space to do that in our own way. We like to see him as a grumpy bear with a small heart. He prefers to be on the road and visit our (potential) customers. He's a real networker, but he hates posturing. When Serge comes in somewhere, he always makes friends. And so it ensures that we continue to work. He likes to go the extra mile for happy customers (and colleagues). And so Debiteuren365.nl keeps moving.
Sophie
Sophie is Serge's right-hand man. She manages everything and everyone in the office. She knows everything about everything and is the source of information for us and our customers. If something needs to be arranged or you need to tell your story, Sophie is your rock. At home, she enjoys cooking with her son and spending time with family and friends. She can lose herself in a series or a good book, but she also doesn't shy away from challenges, such as crocheting a bedspread #nualregret. She used to want to work at the Douglas, but also as an obstetrician, neonatologist and pathologist anatomist. That versatility was there early on.
Eva
Eva is our favourite colleague. She only talks when you ask her something! Eva stands for Every Question Answer. She spends the whole day in our chat and answers the most diverse questions from (potential) customers and other website visitors. Eva has multiple personalities and she adapts easily to all our colleagues. She is always at the office, never sick or on vacation and always available. Which colleague can you say that about these days? She doesn't really have any hobbies or favourite activities. Except looking for answers to all the questions you come up with for her. She used to want to work at a call centre.
Laura
Laura is a debtor manager. With her Gargamel attitude, she knows how to get hold of any Smurf, uh, debtor. And in our story she wins! If Belinda isn't ahead of her, she provides tea and a listening ear for her colleagues. In her spare time she has her hands full with softball, a teenage son and a friend on the other side of the country. She will soon be making the Netherlands unsafe on her new motorcycle (with driver's license!) She always wanted to work for the police, as a dog handler. Fortunately she can now guide Sjef a bit in the office.
Nathalie
Nathalie does both credit management and after sales. She therefore has contact with our customers and with the customers of our customers. She loves trouble shooting and likes to dive into tricky situations. At home she is also a real trouble shooter, especially in the kitchen (VanNietsIetsKoken on Insta!) and she also has her own web shop (KunstCadeaushop.nl). With her nice personality and her fun pants and joker on, she is our regular supplier of laughter. She used to want to be a flight attendant. Now she takes care of customers during their Customer Journey.
Marianne
Marianne gets her teeth into debt collection cases and she does so very determined and effective. She is one of the few who can make good coffee. Her dry humour and directness often make us chuckle. After work she is busy with her family, kickboxing and fitness training and her own company, in which she unleashes her talents as a graphic designer on, among other things, cards (LeuksteKaartjes.nl). She often provides us with practical and tasty eating tips. As a child she wanted to design wedding dresses. At least now she can take care of the invitations.
Belinda
Belinda tries to make our customers' customers pay on time and in accordance with the payment agreement. Of course in perfect harmony. With her sunny personality she puts a smile on everyone's face. After work, she flies through her house with soapy water or roams around during Zumba classes. To relax, she sometimes takes a Pilates class. Belinda loves to laugh and chat and our customers and their customers enjoy that too. Nobody wants to sell her a 'no'. She once wanted to be a midwife; now she relieves customers of unpaid bills.
Suzanne
Suzanne is our pacesetter. Although she is no longer physically at our office, her energy is always palpable. She manages the debtors of our customers with full dedication. And outside of work she is busy with her family, their annual ticket to Disneyland Paris, going on vacation, drinking wine and her favourite city The Hague. She is always there for us. With her outspoken opinion and smooth chat, she is not to be missed. And we don't want that at all. That's why we're so glad she didn't become a dentist. That doesn't go well with her love for Ben and Jerry's either.
Tino
Tino is involved in debtor management, mainly with calling actions. He is constantly on the phone with our customers' customers to ensure that payments continue. He provides us with hydration, because Belinda taught him that you become a raisin if you drink too little. Besides work, he studies Finance & Control and his life revolves around body building, including cauliflower from the microwave. This fit boy will not let the ladies eat the cheese of the bread. Later when he grows up, he wants to do something with his studies.
Thomas
Thomas and his team take care of the ones and zeros. He monitors the quality of the software and ensures that his team has the right skills and resources to tackle challenges with two legs straight. At the office he provides everyone with a chat and a laugh; he has something to say about everything. He always asks the ladies for clothing advice. After work, this Burgundian sticks to a screen at home for video games and even more software development. He always wanted to be the boss.
Melvin
As a junior developer, Melvin is up to his ears in the code of Debiteuren365.nl. Together with the team of developers, he is building the future and working on current affairs. As a real 'nerd' he is also busy with software and hardware and gaming in his spare time. He also spices up his household with girlfriend and 3 cats with home-grown chili peppers. He likes to drink coffee at the office. He is a real observer who wants to know the finer points of everything. His love for computers runs deep, because he has always wanted to work with them. Then it's less bad that he didn't become a lab technician!
Enrico
Enrico is our quiet, but helpful developer. And that helpfulness comes in handy, because they can use all the help with development! Together with the other gentlemen of the IT team, Enrico will start developing our software. He takes it easy after work. Gaming, watching a movie and football provide much-needed relaxation. He always wanted to be an electrician. He liked to put things together. From Lego to electrical construction kits. That's almost the same as developing credit management software and satisfied customers!
Thuan-Hoa
Thuan-Hoa is an intern at development. A woman in the department! She is mainly concerned with the frontend, so how the website looks and whether it is user-friendly (UI and UX). In her spare time she is active with fitness and swimming, running or skateboarding. She replenishes that energy during dinners with friends in the Netherlands or during city trips. In the office she is quite calm, but she is actually always happy. She thinks it's important to have a positive outlook on life, because negative thoughts won't get you far. After her education she wants to focus further on web development and design or UI/UX.
Linde
Linde is our cheerful intern in the marketing and communication department. She is happy that she doesn't have to get coffee for everyone in this time and can deal with her internship assignments online. If she still has time left besides her internship, work and school, she works on her own webshop. She is not quite sure what she wants to do with her current education. The fact that she is eager to learn and prefers not to sit still is evident from the fact that she also wants to start the ICT training during her Creative Business course.
Desiree
Desiree is involved in internal and external communication within Debiteuren365.nl. With her toolbox with letters she puts together the most diverse texts. When she's not in our office, she works at her own text agency. Outside working hours she focuses on her three children, doing puzzles, reading or music. Or she indulges in the kitchen on something that is tasty and healthy. Which doesn't always go well together, by the way. Which doesn't always go well together, by the way. She is (almost) always cheerful and laughs loudest at her own jokes. She used to want to be a dolphin trainer or interior stylist.
Kees
Kees is our Customer Journey specialist. He's a bold guy you rarely hear, but he hears everything! After work, he surfs the internet and social media for hours to see how others are doing 'it'. He always makes us smile with his beautiful stories. He used to want to be a travel agent at a large travel agency.
Sjef
Sjef is our office dog. He knows better than anyone else how to find the best spots on the floor to take a breather. After working hours, he prefers to run laps through the park or to recover from all the hustle and bustle at Debiteuren365.nl. His presence makes us all happy.
